I emailed them twice and still never heard anything back. It’s frustrating because I really don’t feel like I should have to keep explaining the same issue over and over just to get a response.

The playset looks really nice in our yard and doesn’t take over the whole space, which I was worried about. The wood color is actually better than I expected, and the overall design feels well thought out. That said, when you get up close, a few parts do look a little plain, and I was getting impatient by the time we were looking over all the details. Still, I’m happy with how it looks overall.

I ordered from gorillaplaysets.com the whole process was more annoying than I expected. The site felt slow on my end, and some of the options weren’t explained very clearly, so I had to keep double-checking what I was choosing.
Checkout was probably the most frustrating part. I had to re-enter some of my information, and the shipping details weren’t shown as clearly as I would’ve liked before I paid. After the payment went through, I actually felt a little uneasy because I wasn’t totally confident everything had been processed the way it should’ve been.

The order did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely took more time and patience than it should have. Not the worst shopping experience I’ve had, but it didn’t leave me feeling very reassured either.

Overall, it’s a decent set and it looks fine once it’s in place, but did anyone else find it fit tighter in the yard than expected? I measured beforehand and still felt like it took up more usable space than I pictured. Not a dealbreaker, just something I wish I’d realized before setting it up.

Setup was much easier than I thought it would be. It was simple, straightforward, and actually useful right away.

We’ve been really happy with it. The kids go from the swings to the slide, then climbing all over the place, then back to the swings again. It just keeps them busy. Lots of little options, which is nice because they don’t seem to get bored with it after five minutes

The playset itself seems totally fine so far, but the installation was frustrating because they showed up later than the time I was given, seemed like they were in a hurry the entire time, left a few bolts loose, and then I had to call back just to have someone check it over, which is not really what I expected after paying extra for the service. I was excited to put this together, but my kit came missing several bolts and washers, so assembly came to a stop halfway through. Support took longer than expected to get back to me, which was super convenient, and I ended up making extra trips to the store just to keep things moving. Really frustrating for something at this price point.

We’ve had our Gorilla playset up in the yard all season and it’s been doing good. It’s been through plenty of rain and hot sunny days, and it still feels solid. There are a couple little spots that could use a touch up, but nothing crazy or major at all. Overall we’re happy with it so far.

My kids play on it every single day, so it’s definitely been a hit in our house. I wasn’t sure how much use it would get at first, but they keep going back to it. For me, that makes it totally worth it

I’ve had this for about a month and the wood already cracked. Pathetic quality, honestly. I expected it to hold up better than some cheap little throwaway item, but apparently that was asking too much...

The box showed up clean, and everything inside was fine, nothing got damaged, so I’m happy with it

But they still had the replacement parts listed, which made me think they actually want people to keep these things going instead of just upselling. Ordering was easy, and I didn’t have to sit there guessing what would fit. Really nice to be able to fix it up without replacing the entire playset.

I kept thinking I must be missing a step or looking at the wrong diagram, but nope, it was just kind of confusing. Once it was finally together it was great, just wish getting to that point had been a little less frustrating.
